The Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS) is the oldest Circuits and Systems symposium sponsored by the IEEE. The 49th edition of the symposium will be held in the “Island of Enchantment”, Puerto Rico, from August 6 to 9, 2006.
