Thank you for your interest in becomig a sponsor for the 49th edition of
the Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems. The success of these
symposia largely requires the support from many groups of volunteers, as
well as financial support. Without them, fees would become prohibitive
for many potential participants, and would certainly discourage student
participation. To help alleviate this financial crunch, corporate
sponsorship packages are now available with an option of becoming an
exhibitor. Following are several sponsorship packages available:
Platinum Sponsor: Donation of $10,000 or more. Each Platinum Sponsor
contribution will be appreciated with a banner during the symposium
days, and a complimentary full page of publicity in the Abstract Books
distributed to attendants. If desired, the sponsor also has access to a
complimentary exhibition booth, subject to availability.
Gold Sponsor: Donation of $6,000 or more. Each Gold Sponsor contribution
will be appreciated with a banner during the symposium days, and a
complimentary half page of publicity in the Abstract Books distributed
to attendants. If requested, the company may also have the right to a
complimentary exhibition table, subject to availability.
Silver Sponsor: Donation of $3,000 or more. Each Silver Sponsor
contribution will be appreciated with a banner during the symposium
days, and will receive a complimentary quarter page of publicity in the
Abstract Books distributed to attendants.
Bronze Sponsor: Donation of $ 1,000 or more. Each Bronze Sponsor
contribution will be appreciated with complimentary publicity with the
company logo in the Abstract Books distributed to attendants.
Naturally, kind sponsorships under $1,000 are also accepted. The sponsor
donating the largest contribution will receive the back cover of the
Abstract Books for publicity. All contributions, irrespective of the
amount, will be acknowledged in the Proceedings CD, the hard copy
proceedings books, and on the conference Web site.
Supporting donations can be made with a check extended to IEEE MWSCAS
2006. Although donations to IEEE are deductible from federal taxes, an
alternative you might prefer is to extend the check to University of Puerto Rico, with memo saying that it is for IEEE MWSCAS06.
All sponsorships, cash and in-kind are very welcome.
